Emeritus membership status is open to all SSTAR current members who meet the following conditions:

• has been a member in good standing for twenty-five years, has reached the age of 70 and is no longer deriving primary income from professional activities,

OR

• has been a member in good standing for twenty-five years and has illness or disability.
