Refund Policy
All requests for cancellation refunds must be submitted in writing prior to October 14, 2024. A $50 (U.S.) administrative fee will be charged. After this date, refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, the SSTAR office must be contacted in writing by email, fax or letter prior to the conference. The Executive Council will review the request, there is no guarantee it will be granted. No refunds will be granted for any reason after the conference has begun.
